Karen enjoys working extensively with first-time homebuyers and is a Distressed Property Specialist, Certified Home Rescue Expert, and is currently completing training to become an Accredited Buyer Representative. She also has a positive ongoing working relationship with area homebuilders.

Outside real estate, Karen is a proud mother of two high school-aged sons and is involved with their school and sports activities. She also co-chairs a local networking group and attends many networking meetings throughout the Northern Virginia area.
